I was there! I was there when he lost it!!! AND during the same trip it happened to me too, in St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican, although it didn’t get me as hard as it got my Pop. It might have also had to do with the millions of stairs we climbed to get to the top of the cupola. Actually I think it hit me just before we did that, while we were just under the base of the cupola and I had been staring at the the ceiling for about 10 minutes.
